Tourism Fiji is seeking a suitable venue for our inaugural Fiji Weddings and Bridal Festival. The objective is to showcase Fiji’s Weddings and Bridal industry to top buyers and sellers of weddings in Fiji in a festival format, including a day of B2B meetings and presentations. Tourism operators are encouraged to be as creative as possible in their tender submissions in order to maximize the opportunity presented.
The Fiji Weddings & Bridal Festival will be held from 26th – 30th March 2020. For our inaugural event, we are seeking tenders from mainland-based properties who host no less than 25 weddings per year:
- Maximum 30 pax single share accommodation, including breakfast- Thursday 25th and Friday 26th March
- Welcome dinner on Thursday 25th March for approx. 30 guests
- Conference and meeting room facilities to accommodate B2B meeting schedules
- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for maximum 60 pax
- 2-hour post event cocktails and canapes.
Post main event, invited media and buyers will be hosted by properties who have weddings as a core part of their business strategy. Bidder’s offer will only be eligible for further process if the Registration conditions are met. If not, offer will be declined. Any or the highest tender may not necessarily be accepted.
