Nadi, 5 March 2020 – Tourism Fiji has extended the registration period for the Fijian Tourism Expo (FTE), due to the influx of last-minute enquires.

Registration for the event was due to close on 6 March but has now been extended to Wednesday 11 March to ensure we give our partners and stakeholders ample time to register so that they don’t miss out on FTE this year.

Many of the last-minute enquires regarding have been regarding the impact of COVID-19 on the event. We confirm that FTE is still proceeding as planned for all meetings, events, famils associated with the event.

Scheduled to take place from 4 – 6 May at the Denarau Island Convention Centre in Nadi, the expo is Tourism Fijis’ premier event for the year and provides a platform for local operators and partners in Fijis’ tourism industry to directly meet and do business with international buyers and trade media from all over the world.

However, we will continue to monitor the situation closely in the lead-up to the event, and if the situation changes, we will notify our stakeholders accordingly.
