** For security reasons, sellers are advised to remove all portable and valuable items immediately after the expo closes and NOT to leave their booths unattended until such items are clear.

2.1 Booth Costs

The costs are inclusive of :
- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
- Access to all evening networking events
- Standard booth shell
- One power outlet
- One light and
- WI-FI access
NB: sellers will need to provide their own booth furniture. They will also need to provide their own velcro for the the installation for any artworks on the booth.
2.2 Artwork Costs
There are only 3 options available for any artwork displays in the booths this year. You can choose from the options below during your application:

Storage of panels for future use | $180 |
For this option you will need to provide your artwork as per the specification sheet that will be sent to you upon confirmation, along with the contact details of the person to send it to. You also have the additional option of storing the panels for future use.
Option 2 (Print Own Banners)
You can print your own banners but they need to be on material that can easily be attached to the booth panels using velcro. Companies will need to provide their own velcro but we can install these on the booth panels for you.

Option 3 (Custom Booth)
Build a customised booth within the standard booth shell provided.
You may have a custom booth design withing the provided booth shell but companies must submit your booth concepts to the organisers on Fijitourismexpo@tourismfiji.com.fj within 14 days of receiving your confirmation of application. Failure to adhere to the terms & conditions could result in a decline for custom build, financial penalties or cancellation of application.

2.3 Promotional Material
We strongly encourage having your promotional material or collateral available in USB's for distribution during appointments as brochures are difficult to take back home. If you are sending materials to your booth, you will need to will need to be present to receive them. Tourism Fiji will NOT be responsible for any consignments.
2.5 Workplace Health and Safety
All exhibitors are responsible for the actions of their staff attending the Fiji Tourism Expo 2020 event. Contact the resort security staff immediately for any first aid issues or emergencies.
