1.4 Complimentary Parking
For security reasons, sellers are advised to remove all portable and valuable items immediately after the show closes and not to leave their stand unattended until all such items are clear.

***Please note the foyer and loading dock are used for loading and off-loading. This is NOT a parking zone.***

 

2.0 Seller Information

2.1 Accommodation
Kindly contact the resorts at Denarau Island directly for Industry Rates in attendance of FTE 2020.

2.2 Promotional Material
We strongly encourage that you have you promotional material available on USB's for distribution during appointments. You will also have the option of uploading these electronically, once your applications are confirmed.

If you are sending materials to the booth, you will need to be present to receive them. Tourism Fiji will NOT be responsible for any consignments.

2.3 Booth Size and Panels
The Modular display system exhibitor information is just for measurement purposes. It is to be applied in accordance to the booth size you have applied for at FTE 2020.

2.4 Organizers Office
The organizers office will be located at the Pacific Ballrooms.

2.5 Complimentary Parking

2.6 Floor Plans
The entire exhibition will be housed in the Denarau Island Convention Centre (DICC), Sheraton Fiji Resort and grouped under the following regions:

All appointments will be made through our events platform.

3.2 Finalised Appointment Scheduling 
A link to download a soft copy of your final appointment schedule will be circulated prior to the commencement of FTE 2020. You are encouraged to download and print a copy for your reference.
